for Influencers:

We understand there may be some confusion for those who are already partway through the campaign.

 

Here are the specific guidelines

for different scenarios.

1. If you’ve submitted the Google Form but have NOT received a confirmation email:

  • Please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, it means we have not yet sent it. Kindly allow a few extra days for us to review and process your form, and feel free to reach out if needed.

2. If you’ve submitted the Google Form but have NOT received a confirmation email:

3. If you’ve received your tracking number:

  • Your gift box is on its way via USPS. You can track its status using the tracking number provided.

4. If you’ve received the product but have NOT posted the video yet:

  • Due to regional or device-specific TikTok issues, we understand you may have had trouble uploading your content. Please upload your video to TikTok when possible, then submit the video URL via the Google Form.
